A group doesn't talk about their problems, when there is clearly group problems under the surface.

Pourquoi ?
Because everyone wants to avoid conflict and pretend that there are no problems.
Pourquoi ?
Everyone wants to think there are no problems? Because if there are no problems everyone can say that we are a good functioning group.
Pourquoi ?
Why is it important to be seen as a good functioning group? Because then everyone can feel good about themselves.
Pourquoi ?
Because deep down everyone doesn't feel 100% OK with who they are and they want to believe/convince themselves that they are OK.
That the group isn't mature enough or have enough courage to admit that there are problems because the group is scared of the consequences.
