ZERO DECHET EN ENTREPRISE

Question

Existe t il des entreprises qui se sont lancées dans le zero dechet en entreprise?

Pour ma part ( nous avons une boulangerie bio dans le sud charente) nous essayons de trouver des alternatives...

mais beaucoup de points restent à elucider:

la réception des palettes sur-emballées de film

les bidons de produits de nettoyant (même si on utlise des produits eco label) il reste les bidons

le plus difficile est le remplacement du film alimentaire! J ai acheté des couvercles souples pour ce remplacement mais les tailles ne correspondent pas toujours aux ustensiles et pour l hygiène je ne trouve pas d autres alternatives

actuellement le volume de nos poubelles hebdomadaires est :

1 gros bac de sac jaune (les enormes bacs) (sacs de farine, cartons, papiers essuis mains, bidons produits nettoyants, film de palettes)

1 bac (taille standard) de dechets compostables

2 bacs ( taille standard) de poubelles noires (emballages de produits alimentaires plastiques, feuilles de papier sulfurisés en fin de vie, film alimentaires, brosses metalliques de lavage, caspules de café (à eliminer!!)

Malheureusement je suis toujours surprise du volume que nous produisons de déchets!

en attendant voici nos petites actions au quotidient:

réutilisation des caisses de conditionnement ( soit des caisses lavables, soit des cartons propres reutilisés (type cartons de banane)

lavage désinfection des lavettes en tissus reutilisées pour le nettoyage

aucun emballage plastique à la vente (que du kraft ou papier mousseline ou carton)

achat de couvercles pour remplacement du film alimentaire ( dans la mesure du possible)

produits de nettoyage eco label ecocert

réutilisation des sacs plastiques de banane ( ils sont très grand et transparent) pour faire nos sacs jaunes

reutilisation des sacs de farine vides pour mettre nos dechets composatbles

il reste surement encore à faire! donc les idees, les pratiques des uns et des autres sont les bienvenues!
